Tap I've Bought This and the book moves onto your shelves, or tell Siri “I bought a book in Volumes”.
What you're reading next
Up Next holds the books you mean to read soon, from your own shelves, and Favourites the ones you love most. Make your own lists too, with icons, in any order.

Will Volumes stop me buying a book I already own?
It helps: in a shop, point your iPhone at the cover or barcode with Visual Intelligence and Volumes says whether it's on your shelves, on your wishlist or lent out.
Does my Goodreads want-to-read shelf come across?
Those books come in as not started rather than onto a list. Other shelves you made in Goodreads come in as lists.
